2 on 1 Personal Training

This is a great way to experience our elite training with a friend, colleague or family member whilst still maintaining a highly professional, focused and fun filled workout.

3-4 on 1 Personal Training

Experience the elite style of training whilst drawing energy off your ‘team mates’ to help push you to greater heights!

Membership

Now that we have expanded, we have made limited memberships available. This entitles members to a consultation, assessment, access to discounted personal training and group training and discounts on One80 Merchandise and supplements.

One80 Rates (1 April 2011 – 28 February 2012)

1 on 1 Personal Training

• R275/session – 1 Month Plan (Month to month with no commitment)
• R245/session –  3 Month Plan (Commit to 3months of training, but pay monthly)
• Discounts are offered for bulk payments.

2 on 1 Personal Training

• R370/session – This will be divided and both clients will be invoiced separately at R185 per session

3-4 on 1 Personal Training

•  R450/session – This will be divided among clients and invoiced separately

Corporate Package Personal Training

• R60/session – This is the price for an individual class
• R500/month – This entitles you to unlimited group sessions for the month

Skype Training

Membership

• R400 per month on top of your personal training invoice
